Support Brokerage services help individuals (and their families) with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness in developing and implementing plans to achieve their life goals.  Support Brokers help locate resources and vital services. In many cases, our partnership with the individuals we serve helped them get new jobs, safe housing, and qualified therapists. 

Consultation & Training (CTA)

This component of Community Partnerships sponsors the agency's annual Building Inclusive Communities Conference, as well as workshops and training events throughout the year.  CTA can also provide training to community groups, providers, or other interested agencies related to our service areas.  Training on best practices in inclusive, consumer-driven services is also available.
