At Community Partnerships, Inc. our mission is to
create opportunities for people of all ages with disabilities or social and
economic disadvantages to pursue their dreams and engage fully in community
life. To achieve this mission, CPI staff members work in partnership with individuals, their families, and others to design and provide a personalized array of services for those individuals in their communities.
In order to provide this level of support, CPI looks for innovative, highly professional people who have passion for what they do and believe in a holistic, team approach to working with individuals and families.
